Come along and experience the creative joy of printmaking!
In a comfortable, airconditioned and relaxed environment, you will use easy-carve material to learn the lino printing process from design to finished prints. You will print your block several times before deciding on which final masterpiece you will frame up.
Along the way, Karen will share with you the tips and tricks she has learnt in her own printmaking journey. You will also be able to view a selection of her favourite hand carved blocks and prints.
All participants leave with one framed print along with the others you have made during the workshop. The carved block is also yours to take home and use to continue exploring this exciting creative medium.
No prior printmaking experience is necessary. All tools and materials you will need for this workshop are provided.
