EXHIBITION PROPOSALS
Each year Tactile Arts runs an extensive program that includes exhibitions, workshops, craft markets, a retail outlet, and a well-established Artist in Residence program. Our aim is to support and promote contemporary and traditional artists at all stages of their careers by providing the opportunity to present, discuss and sell their artworks in our gallery. We encourage and welcome both emerging and established artists to participate in our program to highlight the diverse and vibrant nature of the creative practice through the Northern Territory.
Proposals are welcomed for both solo and group exhibitions. Applications should clearly describe the intent of the exhibition and the works that will be exhibited. Acceptance of proposals will be based on the quality and description of the proposal submitted, however the programming of external events that take place throughout the year will also be taken into consideration. All applications are assessed by a committee of staff and curators within Tactile Arts. If your proposal is accepted and exhibition contact will be forwarded to you.
