A 2 day intensive course for all those aspiring wheel throwers.
This course offers students a two day intensive throwing workshop to help build on your own skills and develop your own styles.
Gerald has over 30 years of experience in wheel throwing. During this course students will be introduced to techniques such as throwing lids, throwing of the hump and adding additional shape at the leather hard stage.
Requirements of course: In this course, students are required to have previous experience in wheel throwing. Clay and tools will be supplied however students are also welcome to bring their own equipment and preferred clay.
Firing is not included in the ticket price. However, a bisque firing service will be available shortly after the class, which students are welcome to use at a cost of $10 per kg.

Students are encouraged to provide clay of their choice, tutor can supply for a fee, please contact tutor before the course to arrange this.

Class is subject to cancellation due to insufficient bookings. If a class is cancelled for this reason, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations with full refunds can be issued up to 2 weeks prior to the workshop commencement, however individual classes will not be refunded due to nonattendance.
