iNFLUiZZY by iZZY iBiS

iNFLUiZZY is the culminating full gallery solo exhibition of iZZY iBiS’s three-month established artist studio residency at Tactile Arts June-September 2026. iNFLUiZZY (12-26 September 2026) is a new body of work that includes printmaking, ceramics, installation, sculpture, performance and digital media, and interrogates the influences and history behind iZZY iBiS and their evolution and existence as a phenomenon and contemporary artist.

Brendan Penzer / iZZY iBiS, is a social-ecological artist working across multiple mediums, including printing, installation, digital media, performance, ceramics and sculpture. iZZY's work subversively encourages change through action and engagement at the enveloping convergence of ecology, culture and psychology, in an interrogation of the age of the Anthropocene. Brendan / iZZY has exhibited in and curated exhibitions across Australia, including NSW, WA, VIC, SA, QLD and the NT. iZZY calls Katherine in the NT's Top-End home, where the traditional lands of the Jawoyn, Dagoman and Wardaman converge.

Brendan Penzer holds 1st Class Honours degrees in Bachelor of Applied Science – Social Ecology (Ecological Psychology & Cultural Change) and Bachelor of Fine Arts, Western Sydney University, NSW.

On display 12 September- 26 September, Tuesday to Saturday, 10am–2pm, at Tactile Arts, 19 Conacher Street, The Gardens.
