Tactile Arts Makers Markets play a major part in Darwin’s calendar of events. These markets are well renowned for showcasing the work of some of Darwin’s finest local artists and craftspeople, offering an incredible array of high quality handcrafted items.
All items for sale at Tactile Arts Makers Markets are handmade by local artists and designers, representing multiple creative disciplines including textiles, ceramics, jewellery, glass, painting, drawing and sculpture. You will also find beautiful home wares, clothing, handmade soaps, candles, beauty products, children’s and baby items - there is something for everyone.

Join us on Sunday, 20 July from 9am to 3pm, for the second Tactile Arts Makers Market of 2025.
Experience a diverse selection of beautifully handcrafted work, produced in the Top End by some of our finest artists, crafters, designers and makers.
Enjoy live music from Lilla Wellington, interactive workshops and visit our resident artists in their open studios to experience the creative process in action.
Stallholder applications are now closed.
Successful applicants will be notified by 24 June.
