Come and join award winning ceramicist Cecily Willis to elevate your 'throwing on the wheel' skills. In this series of workshops you will be guided in your practise to expand your throwing skills and to experiment with making more complex forms. Under the support and advice of Cecily, you will have the opportunity to focus on a particular form or vessel such as jars with lids or jugs with handles. Or it may be that just having time to practise and improve your throwing skills to make larger bowls is your preference.
Some throwing experience is required to participate in this class.
Pots produced in the workshop will be bisque fired only. Participants will be able to make separate arrangements for glazing.

From 1pm to 4pm
Participants should bring their own clay, towel and tools as well as a project or skill they would like to focus and improve on. Additional tools and bats are provided, please wear closed in footwear, comfortable clothing, and bring an old towel.
Minimum class size 5, maximum 8. Class subject to cancellation due to insufficient bookings in which case fees paid will be refunded. Full student refunds can be issued up to 7 working days prior to commencement, however individual classes will not be refunded due to nonattendance.
