In this workshop, kids will learn ceramic hand building techniques to make an animal mask out of clay.
Tactile Arts Kids School Holiday Arts and Crafts classes engage children and their families with the organisation's current exhibitions and artist residencies, teaching a variety of new skills and offering creative experiences for young minds that explore the personally and socially transformative power of visual arts and culture. Students will learn practical skills and techniques as a foundation for understanding, expression and creative growth.
Classes will cover a wide variety of arts and crafts including painting, drawing, sculpture, collage, ceramics, jewellery and printmaking. Workshops will be facilitated by Frances Ricketts, Mary Franklin, Hilary Jones, Janie Andrews and Tactile Arts Programs Coordinator, Ned Roberts.

Wednesday 16 June - Decorating
4 - 5pm
All materials are provided, please wear closed in footwear and sensible clothing that you don't mind getting dirty.
Minimum class size 5, maximum 15. Class subject to cancellation due to insufficient bookings in which case fees paid will be refunded. Full student refunds can be issued up to 7 working days prior to commencement, however individual classes will not be refunded due to nonattendance.
