Kaaren has a passion for making cloth dolls, bags, purses, and pouches. She draws her inspiration from magical tales, children’s stories, and the natural world. She uses only natural fibres, in particular cotton and linen and sources much of her fabric from Darwin’s own Paperbark Woman, a supplier of authentic aboriginal designed fabric. Each print depicts a particular artist’s design, their Dreamtime story.
